Order and delivery

📦 What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 2 days, between Monday and Saturday . Once shipped, the delivery time varies depending on the method chosen:

  • Standard delivery : 2 to 3 working days
  • Delivery to a collection point : 2 to 3 working days

📌 Important : During certain periods of high demand (holidays, special events, collection launches), an additional manufacturing time of up to 15 days may be required before shipping.

No surprises : If extended delivery times apply, the information will be clearly indicated before payment to allow you to anticipate receiving your order.

A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment to track the progress of your package.

🔒 Security : To be sure and certain that you will receive your order, we ask carriers for a signature in exchange for the package.

Returns and exchanges

🔄 Can I return or exchange my watch?
Yes, exchanges and returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unworn, in perfect condition and in its original packaging .
  • Returns are simple and can be made via our returns form.

💰 Are returns free?
Return costs are free for orders in metropolitan France . For returns from abroad, fees may apply.

📞 How to request a return or exchange?

Warranty and repairs

⏳ What is the warranty period for MÉU watches?
All our watches are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. In the event of a problem, we will take care of the repair or replacement of your watch.

⚙️ What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers:

  • Faults related to the watch movement.
  • Manufacturing defects on the dial, hands or case.

It does not cover :

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, aging of the bracelet, etc.).
  • Damage caused by improper use (impact, improper immersion, unauthorized opening).

🛠️ My watch has a problem, what should I do?
If your watch has a defect under warranty, contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the problem. Our team will guide you through the repair procedure.

Products and maintenance

💦 Are the watches waterproof?
TERRA DIVE200 models are water resistant to 200 meters , designed to withstand water when swimming and diving. To maintain water resistance, avoid opening the case or exposing the watch to sudden temperature changes.

🧼 How do I maintain my watch?
To ensure the longevity of your watch:

  • Clean the case and bracelet regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to magnetic fields, chemicals and extreme temperatures.

🔄 Can I easily change the strap?
Yes, all our straps are interchangeable and can be replaced in seconds without any specific tools.

💳 What payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be made by:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Payment in installments (if available)

🔒 Is the payment secure?
Yes, all transactions are secured with SSL encryption ensuring the confidentiality of your data.

📝 Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?
A modification or cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us quickly if necessary.

The brand is French and the watches are designed, crafted and assembled by hand in France, using sustainable materials.

🌱 How is MÉU committed to sustainability?
Each watch is designed with eco-friendly materials (nylon, vegan apple leather, 316L stainless steel). Additionally, each dial color represents a cause close to our hearts, and a portion of the profits is donated to charities. Of course, when you purchase a MÉU watch, you'll be kept informed of the actions taken thanks to your purchase.
